This is the GANTT chart that I have created. I have made it simple as to give myself more flexibility in terms of time. I don' think I'm going to stick to the GANNT chart strictly and only use it as a guide as to what to focus on for that day. The different letters in the "Research" row correspond to "Primary, Secondary, Experimental." I did this to condense the row together instead of having separate rows for each type of research. I think having this GANTT chart will help keep me on track and keep me focused. I have kept the production row open and not very specific because I'm not sure what I want to do on each day and I want to keep my options open on what to focus on. This being Foley or drawing assets or making more of my animation or editing etc, it will just let me know what row to focus on that day.

I have also decided to evaluate after every piece of planning I have done. This will allow me to link my planning and research together and how I can use my research and planning to make a better animation.

I will also try to evaluate after every piece of production I have done so I evaluate my project all the way throughout so I will always be trying to improve my animation and skills and analyse how I can do this by incorporating more of my research I have done.

I have tried to implement a balance of Primary, Secondary and Experimental research but given more time for secondary research and this is because I believe I will benefit more from Secondary research than the other types of research and will be able to analyse and take more from the secondary research. I will have a range of secondary research. From reading books and online articles, to watching YouTube videos or watching films and animations.
